4. Booking Services When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your booking and must keep your contact information up to date.

5. Fees and Payment Fees for our Services will be quoted at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, which are listed on our website.

6. Cancellations and Refunds You can cancel your service appointment up to [24/48] hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be handled according to our refund policy stated on our website.

7. Intellectual Property All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of One Call Plumbing or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
